The Campaign For Fiscal Responsibility is an independent, non-party political coalition of people from business, economics, the law, academia, the voluntary sector, the trade union movement as well as individual members of the public who believe that a Scottish Parliament responsible for raising most of its own taxes would lead to improved public services and create more and better jobs.
